Casting directors sometimes have the toughest job in the business. They are forced to take lines of dialogue and create a character synopsis of only a few sentences. Then, they are tasked to find the perfect actor for the acting job by posting casting calls. Sometimes it works out perfectly. Other times, casting calls end up being indirectly racist.

It’s a great eye-opening look into the film industry and casting calls actors read on a daily basis. For example, one person says, “It’s only 6 words and that’s the most racist sh*t I’ve read all week”
