There are many ways to ruin your chances on landing a role on a TV show or movie. But, here is the most cringe-worthy and creepiest conversation ever.

Recently, on Reddit, a casting director posted a conversation with an aspiring actress interested in a role on the CW TV series ‘Arrow’. Needless to say, things got really awkward and creepy really fast.
