Will Smith’s ‘Gemini Man’ To Film in Georgia in 2018

Paramount Pictures latest major-motion picture, Gemini Man starring Will Smith and directed by Ang Lee will film in Georgia.

According to reports, Gemini Man will hit theaters on October 4th, 2019. The movie is co-produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Skydance Media and has been in development for the last 20 years. The movie was originally in development with Disney back in 1997 but was stalled due to the fact that the VFX at the time was not good enough. Will Smith is now set to star and play an assassin who faces off against himself, a clone who is younger and in his prime.

Skydance acquired the movie in 2016 with Jerry Bruckheimer attached to produce with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger and Don Murphy and Chad Oman executive producing.

Willard Carroll “Will” Smith Jr. is an American actor, producer, rapper, comedian, and songwriter. In April 2007, Newsweek called him “the most powerful actor in Hollywood”. His latest movie, Bright, hit Netflix on December 22nd.
