50 Cent is Threatening to Leave ‘Power’ Over Last Week’s Episode

Date:

is reportedly threatening to leave the hit TV .

Power is one of the hottest shows on TV right now. Since season 4 premiered, nearly every episode has made the show go viral each and every Sunday. One of the biggest reasons for all of that success can be attributed to 50 Cent, but one recent decision from the network has the rapper turned upset.

50 Cent took to Instagram to bash the network and threaten to leave the show for which he stars in and serves as an executive producer.

“I woke up feeling a little different about POWER this morning,” he said in a post with a series of photos from the show. “If the biggest show on your net work doesn’t mean anything, what does your network mean ? I’m taking my to south beach f*ck this.”

According to Deadline, 50 Cent’s issues stem from a disagreement in which the that be at the series pushed for more episodes in the current season, the series’ fourth, especially for the midpoint where the show sits now. The latest episode, “New Man” was supposed to be a two-part episode, but according to show Courtney Kemp, didn’t sign off on the additional episodes. As a result, the episode was less than stellar.

50 being upset makes sense because one of the plot lines that seemed to be rushed was the development for his character, Kanan. Whether he would actually leave the show or not is anybody’s .
