Tracy Morgan’s attorney says that Morgan may never be able to perform ever again.

Coming hours after Walmart blamed Tracy Morgan for his injuries, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Tracy Morgan may never be able to perform again, according to his attorney.

Attorney Benedict Morelli, who is currently representing Tracy Morgan in his lawsuit against Walmart, told the New York Post that the actor-comedian may never full recover from the car accident that landed him in critical condition for several days.

“The jury’s still out,” Morelli said about whether Morgan will ever perform again. “The doctors don’t know the answer. I don’t know the answer.”

Morelli explained that the 30 Rock actor’s daily rehab routine includes therapies to improve his speech and his cognitive and physical functions. [Source]

Tracy Morgan‘s lawsuit alleges that Walmart should have been aware that truck driver Kevin Roper was fatigued after staying awake for more than 24 hours. Ropr hit the limo carrying Morgan and injuring several others. Tracy Morgan’s friend and fellow comedian James McNair, who was in the limo with Tracy Morgan, died as a result of the car accident.
