Here is how you can protect yourself from Star Wars: The Force Awakens spoilers.
The Internet is designed to spoil movies, TV shows and even Christmas. According to a Netflix poll, 21% of people don’t think it’s a big deal to reveal the major plot twist of a movie or TV show “immediately,” and 76% think spoilers are just a “fact of life.” So how do we protect ourselves from friends, families and social media from spoiling the ending of Star Wars.Â
The easiest tool you can use is Spoiler Shield. It’s basically an app for iOs and Android, and it has a Chrome extension, that blocks information on topics you set. And you can change it when you need to. For example, say you haven’t seen ‘Star Wars’ you can easily change the settings to block out ‘Star Wars’ spoilers.
If you want an even simpler option, you can download the browser app Star Wars Spoiler Block. The app scans browser pages and looks for ‘Star Wars’ related phrases, and blocks them.
If all else fails. Turn off your computer, cell phone, tablet, and disconnect yourself from fans.
