Man Vs. Food’ host lost nearly 70 pounds by becoming a vegan.
Losing weight for most people is tough. The non-stop cravings and cutting yourself off of anything tasty is enough to drive anyone crazy. So it’s nice to see that Adam Richman was able to lose a ton of weight by switching his diet.
According to the Sunday Morning Herald, the host of Man vs. Food, says he has been doing really well at keeping the pounds off.
“I’ve been vegan for the past three months,” says the 40 year old who has lost nearly 30 kilograms on his new regime.
That means he lost nearly 70 pounds. But, the Man vs. Food host say he still has his indulgences.
“I’ve been vegan for the past three months or so,” he says. “Now does that mean I’m not going to have a steak? No I absolutely will when I want to, but it’s just about picking and choosing my spots, and when I want to have that cow and I wanna have that bacon, I’m going to make it count, I’m going to make it great quality.”
Adam seems to look pretty healthy with his weight loss. So, if you’re interested in losing weight you may want to stop eating meat and buy a salad.
