Filming for the new Steve Jobs movie is quickly moving forward.
According to Deadline, Danny Boyle, the director and producer known for Slumdog Millionaire (2008), Trainspotting (1996) and 127 Hours (2010), is being considered to direct the new Steve Jobs movie.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Leonardo DiCaprio is the number one choice to star as Jobs in the movie.
There is no word confirming that Leonardo DiCaprio will work on the project or if he is interested in portraying Steve Jobs. It is also reported that Leonardio DiCaprio is committed to working on The Revenant alongside Aljeandro Gonzalez Inarritu this fall, so everything may not work.
Aaron Sorkin wrote the Steve Jobs movie, which is based on Walter Isaacson’s bestselling biography, which was authorized by Jobs himself.
