Lamar Odom’s Condition is “Not Looking Good”

Date:

Lamar Odom’s health has worsened and his chances of living are “not looking good.”

Lamar Odom is still unconscious and battling for his life. While there were rumors and reports that on Wednesdays that his condition was improving, TMZ has now learned the latest update and things do not look good.

According to their sources, Lamar Odom allegedly squeezed his ex-wife Khloe’s hand on Wednesday afternoon, which was the rationale behind his supposed improvement. However, the former NBA basketball player is still breathing through a tube, and he’s still unconscious. The last part, according to TMZ, place’s Odom’s life in further doubt. In fact, the longer he’s unconscious the words his odds are for recovery. His kidneys and three other organs are failing and if obvious improvement doesn’t happen soon, his chances at survival will continue to diminish.

TMZ has reported on Wednesday that his chances of living are at 50/50, but these recent new developments will most likely change that percentage of survival. A source tells TMZ that: “the doctors are concerned it has been too long that he’s been in this condition and now it’s not looking good.”

It is important to point out that when Odom was first hospitalized, there were reports of possible brain damage due to the number of drugs purportedly found in his body.

Since the announcement of Lamar Odom’s health problems, former NBA teammates and coaches continue to talk about what an incredible person Lamar Odom is, including his former coach with the Los Angeles Clippers, Alvin Gentry. In fact, Gentry commented on Wednesday that Lamar Odom actually called him after he was fired as coach of the Los Angeles Clippers in 2003, something no other players has done during his 27 year history with the NBA.

Hopefully, Lamar Odom can find the strength to keep fighting and survive this horrible tragedy.
