This unique medical condition is shared by some of Hollywood’s biggest actors.
Do you know what Mila Kunis, Henry Cavil and Christopher Walken all have in common? Besides the “it factor”, talent, good looks, and a ton money, they have a condition called heterochromia. Basically, their eyes are two different colors.
Eye color is a genetic trait that is inherited by our parents. So what happens when someone has two different eye colors? Heterochromia iridum, is the result of either the lack or excess of pigment. This can be inherited, but it can also be cause by disease or injury. Congenital heterochromia is pretty common. Six out of 1000 people have it. There are varying degrees of heterochromia iridum so in some instances you may not even be able to notice who has it.
Here are 5 celebrities who have heterochromia.
1. Mila Kunis
2. Alice Eve
3. Christopher Walken
4. Elizabeth Berkley
5. Henry Cavill
