Fifty Shades of Grey gets their movie pushed back.
Universal Pictures and Focus Features have announced that they will push back the release date for the highly anticipated feature film from August to February. Hopefully, to steam up the lives and bed rooms of the Valentines Day weekend.
Despite, quickly finding a replacement for Sons of Anarchy star, Charlie Hunnam, the studio has decided to hold off on the release of the production.
Fifty Shades of Grey stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan as a kinky couple based of the infamous trilogy series. Production for the project has been pushed back into December after Charlie Hunnam backed out of the project. Sam Taylor-Johnson is directing from a screenplay by Kelly Marcel.
Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk and Jennifer Ehle round out the cast. However, one key role, that of Anastasia’s best friend, has yet to be cast.
Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti are producing alongside James.
