We are now entering the golden age of television, and nowadays people are more interested in watching what their favorite TV show character is doing instead of what’s in the theaters. Sunday, August 23rd
Fear The Walking Dead (9pm, AMC)
Get ready boys and girls as America’s most watched TV show launches their own Walking Dead spinoff on Sunday. The spinoff, Fear The Walking Dead will focus on the very beginning of the zombie apocalypse, minus Maggie.
Tuesday, August 25th
From Dusk Till Dawn (9pm, El Rey Network)
Season 2 of From Dusk Till Dawn is finally here. Danny Trejo joins the cast in season 2. If you don’t know, From Dusk Till Dawn is based on the vampire movie created by Robert Rodriguez which featured George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino.

Tuesday, September 8th
The Awesomes (Hulu)
The Awesomes Season 2 is back on Hulu. The cartoon series centers around Mr. Awesome as he retires as the leader of his superhero task force, his not-so-super son Prock must assemble a team of funny-if-flawed misfits to restore the group to its former glory.
Friday, September 11
Z Nation (10pm, SyFy Network)
The SyFy network’s version of The Walking Dead is back and will pick up where the cliffhanger season 1 finale left off. Expect everyone to be searching for a zombie cure while fighting off low budget zombies.
Continuum (11pm, SyFy)
Season 4 will be the final season for Continuum. In case you missed the earlier seasons, Continuum centers around a detective from the year 2077 finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver and searching for ruthless criminals from the future. Continuum features Rachel Nichols, Victor Webster, and Erik Knudsen.

The Bastard Executioner (10pm, FX Networks)
FX Networks new series will premiere on Tuesday, September 15th. According to IMDB, Bastard Executioner “tells the story of a warrior knight in King Edward The Thirds charge who is broken by the ravages of war and vows to lay down his sword. But when that violence finds him again, he is forced to pick up the bloodiest sword of all.”

Doctor Who (9pm, BBC America)
Get ready for the 12th Doctor Who. Cara Oswald returns for a new season which means crazy antics, new enemies and a guest appearance by Game of Thrones Maisie Williams.
Monday, September 21st
Gotham (8pm, FOX)
After dozens of casting calls for punk rockers, background actors, and stand-ins, Fox’s hit TV series ‘Gotham’ is back. The second season will eventually feature Joker, Penguin, and (maybe?) Batman. In fact, we will also see early versions of Mr. Freeze, Firefly, Tigress as well as other new characters.
Minority Report (9pm, Fox)
After the first episode leaked online, Minority Report will finally be available to the masses. The sequel to the original Minority Report movie, is set in 2065, 15 years after the events of the movie, as a former Precog uses his powers to stop crimes.
Scorpion (9pm, CBS)
CBS’ hacking TV series is back and this time they are hacking bigger, better, faster, and crazier than ever!
Blindspot (10pm, NBC)
After hundreds of casting calls for background extras in New York City, NBC’s ‘Blindspot’ is finally here. Blindspot centers around a Jane Doe is found in Times Square with no memory and mysterious tattoos on her body.

Scream Queens (8pm, Fox)
Ryan Murphy from American Horror Story will unveil his new series for basic cable. This new series will probably be a tamer version of AHS but Scream Queens follows a serial killer as he terrorizes a group of sorority girls.
The Muppets (8pm, ABC)
ABC is going to tackle Ms. Piggy and Kermit’s divorce in a new reality show style Muppet series. Can the two puppets get back together? Will Gizmo finally find love? Find out on Tuesday, September 22nd.
Limitless (10pm, CBS)
Whoa. After posting dozens of casting calls for the new Limitless series, a TV sequel of the original movie, Bradley Cooper is finally here. Cooper produces and guest stars as his original character Eddie Mora, who supplies a nobody with NZT, a drug that I believe pharmaceutical companies are secretly trying to create.

Heroes Reborn (8pm, NBC)
NBC is going to give the Heroes series a second chance. The Heroes Reborn will follow Claire five years after the revealed existence of superheroes. But this new series will feature a cast of new actors and returning Heroes. Can they save the world?

Guardians of the Galaxy (9:30pm, Disney XD)
After landing the rights to Marvel productions, Disney is taking the popular Guardians of the Galaxy feature film and turning it into a cartoon series.
Sunday, September 27th
Once Upon a Time (8pm, ABC)
‘Once Upon a Time’ is back for season 5 and this time we should expect more Disney characters joining the cast and crew of the hit ABC series.
The Last Man on Earth (9:30pm, Fox)
At the end of season one we found out that Phil Miller is not the only man on earth but, Miller and his wife Carol will be forced to find a new place to live and apparently there is room inside the White House.

Agents of SHIELD (9pm, ABC)
Agents of SHIELD is back and this time Marvel’s secret team will run into the superpowered Inhumans who are now appearing across the United States.

Fox’s ‘Sleepy Hollow’ is back for season three after leaving Wilmington, North Carolina to film in Atlanta, Georgia. This season Sleepy Hollow will crossover with Bones which may be pretty interesting.

The Leftovers (9pm, HBO)
Season 2 of The Leftovers is starting all over with new characters, actors, and cast members. The drama filmed in Austin, Texas for a majority of Season 2 which should add a new element of excitement to the very depressing series.
CSI: Cyber (10pm, CBS)
The group of cyber-hacker FBI agents is back. This time FBI agents will hack like they never hacked before taking down cyber criminals one day at a time.

The Flash (8pm, The CW)
The CW network is getting ready for The Flash another TV show about another superhero defeating another villain. In case you missed season one of The Flash here’s what happened:
Barry Allen wakes up 9 months after he was struck by lightning and discovers that the bolt gave him the power of super speed. With his new team and powers, Barry becomes “The Flash” and fights crime in Central City. [IMDB]

The CW Network will unveil their new series iZombie, a zombie that eats brains and solves crimes. Think of it as a crossover between Dexter, My Little Pony and The Walking Dead.

Arrow (8pm, The CW)
The CW Network will pick up after Oliver quit being the Arrow in order to enjoy his life with Felicity. However, a new villain will turn things upside down. There will definitely be a lot of new villains, including several surprises.
Supernatural (9pm, The CW)
Whoa. ‘Supernatural’ will be entering their 11th season. ‘Supernatural’ centers around two brothers who follow their father’s footsteps as “hunters” fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds including monsters, demons, and gods that roam the earth.
American Horror Story: Hotel (10pm, FX)
With reports describing Lady Gaga’s acting as great and brilliant, American Horror Story:Hotel is probably going to be one of the most watched seasons of AHS history. This season, the show’s cast will be trapped in a spooky hotel.

The Vampire Diaries (8pm, The CW)
The Vampire Diaries is still filming outside of Atlanta, Georgia but, this season the cast and crew will have to handle the show without Nina Dobrev. So what will happen to the future of The Vampire Diaries?
The Originals (9pm, The CW)
The Vampire Diaries spin-off is now airing on the same night as the original series which will give you two hours of vampire fights, drama, and parties. Last season, Klaus defeated his evil aunt, but alienating everyone else in his life. FYI: you can still work on The Originals if you live in the Atlanta area.
Haven (10pm, SyFy)
Haven will air their final season of Stephen King’s sci-fi drama.

Reign (8pm, The CW)
Reign is the fantasy series about Mary Queen of Scotland and the wild “Secret history” version of real historical events. Expect to see Nostradamus prophecies, black magic, and Queen Elizabeth.
Saturday, October 10th
The Last Kingdom (10pm, BBC America)
BBC America’s another major series. From the executive producers that brought you Downtown Abbey comes a new series based on the Saxon Stories books. The show will be another history fiction series that will mix elements of Game of Thrones and History channel documentaries.
Sunday, October 11th
The Walking Dead (9pm, AMC)
The show America has been waiting for will finally be back. This time around Rick and the gang have officially taken over Alexandria, but not everyone is too happy about the new leaderships. In fact, some people think Rick is more dangerous than the zombies (go figure?). But, Rick may be the only one that can save the world from The Walking Dead. Manhattan (9pm, WGN)
Season 2 of the Albuquerque, New Mexico filmed series will finally air. This time scientists are struggling to deal with the pressures of building the atomic bomb. Neve Cambell joins the cast. Casting directors were constantly looking for background actors to appear on the show so, expect the cast and crew to turn things up a notch in Season 2.

Da Vinci’s Demons (Starz Network)
Da Vinci’s Demon’s will air their final third season this year. Written by David S. Goyer, the series follows the “untold” story of Leonardo Da Vinci: the genius during his early years in Renaissance Florence. As a 25-year old artist, inventor, swordsman, lover, dreamer and idealist, he struggles to live within the confines of his own reality and time as he begins to not only see the future, but invent it.

Supergirl (8:30, CBS)
Filming for Supergirl started a couple of months ago but, this is one of the most anticipated series of 2015-2016. The new series centers around a superhero who is sent to Earth to protect her younger cousin Superman, but a freak accident forces her to choose her identity is she Kara or is she Supergirl.

Grimm (9pm, NBC)
Grimm centers around a homicide detective who discovers he is a descendant of hunters who fight supernatural forces. Last season, Nick was forced to kill his fiancée. Producers argue that the show will return to their earlier mysteries that were never solved or addressed.

Ash Vs. Evil Dead (Starz)
Ash has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead until a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind and Ash becomes mankind’s only hope.

Angel from Hell (9:30, CBS)
Allison isn’t quite sure if her new friend, Amy, is a her guardian angel or a crazy person. Jane Lynch is probably the worst guardian angel ever and the show keeps getting better.

After the season 3 finale, Sherlock is facing criminal charges for relapsing. Since then he has lost his friendship with Watson and his partnership with the NYPD. But, things get worse when his estranged father arrives in NYC.

The Man in the High Castle is a history TV series produced by Amazon Studios. The series is based on the novel of the same name by American sci-fi author Philip K. Dick. The story is an alternate history of the world in which Hitler won World War II and the United States is split into three parts.

Childhood’s End (8pm, Syfy Network)
The Syfy network is trying to take a huge step toward original programing. Adapting Arthur C. Clarke’s famous novel about aliens who peacefully take over Earth and the new series promises to stay true to the book.
The Expance (10pm, Syfy)
The Syfy network is adapting the Expanse books by James S.A. Corey, set in the future when humanity has colonized Mars. This interplanetary war drama looks similar to Battlestar Galactica, but with more source material to build off of.
