Chris Pratt reveals he was once homeless before becoming an A-List actor.
The leading actor from the hit Marvel movie, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy‘ was once a struggling actor living out of a van in Maui, Hawaii.

Before he was famous, Chris Pratt lived out of a Scooby Doo van working several odd jobs. But, it was not until last Friday that the actor share with the world the van he used to live in Hawaii.
Can’t believe I found this picture!!! That is the van I lived in!!! In my hand is the script for the movie that got me out of Maui. Crazy.
According to Yahoo, Chris Pratt dropped out of college and went to Muai, Hawaii. While living on the island Pratt to worked various jobs and even started lived in a beach tent at one point in time.

In a recent interview, Chris Pratt opened up on how he was able to land his first major role in a movie. In 2000, actress Rae Dawn Chong directed ‘Cursed Part 3’ and cast Pratt after he waited on her at a local Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant on the island. Pratt would brag to her about his acting chops, citing high school plays as part of his resume. But, the actress/director revealed that it was his charm that won her over.
Pratt would later move to Los Angeles, California for his role in ‘Cursed’ and start his acting career.
