The World Made Straight is an adaptation of the Ron Rash novel by the same name to be directed byDavid Burris and produced by Todd Labarowsky (THR). The World Made Straight takes place during the 1970s . It centers on a young man finds a grove of marijuana, and uses this as an opportunity to make some money. But, he ends up stepping into the jaws of a bear trap. He is later discovered by a farmer who set the trap to protect his plants.centers on a rural Appalachian community haunted by the legacy of a massacre, a rebellious young man struggles to escape the violence that would bind him to the past (IMDB).

 

THE WORLD MADE STRAIGHT (TWMS): A low budget feature film (with a great cast!) shooting in Asheville, mid- – late April. I’m now casting stand-ins & for the following actors:

Must be the same height/skin tone/hair color/build as our actors and have a strong resemblance in appearance. This is a low budget film, but with a great cast!
