“The Lovebirds” starring Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani is now casting couples in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Central Casting is now taking submissions for real life couples to be featured in the opening scene of “The Lovebirds”. Casting directors are looking for talent ages 18 and older, all age ranges and any portrayable ethnicity. Filming will shoot on March 7th in Chalmette, Louisiana.
About The Lovebirds:
“The Big Sick” star Kumail Nanjiani and “Insecure” star Issa Rae will star in Paramount’s romantic comedy “The Lovebirds.” The movie centers around a couple on the verge of a break-up who become involved in a murder mystery. Tom Lassally, Oly Obst, Todd Schulman, Jordana Mollick, and Gero are producing “The Lovebirds.”
