Jason Statham has already made his mark on Expendables, Transporter, and other action packed thrillers. While James Franko has recently finished filming Oz:The Great And Powerful, The Iceman, and Spring breakers, But now they are both set up to go face to face in Homefront, a screenplay created by Sylvestor Stallone.
The action packed movie will show Statham as an ex-DEA agent Broker attempting, to leave a violent past behind him, and settle down to peace and quiet. Until, meth-pushing ganglord called Gator, played by James Franco appears interrupting the former DEA agent's peace and quiet.
The project is being produced under Millennium Films, and it will be directed by Gary Fleder, who previously directed Runaway Jury, Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead and Stallone is also slated to produce along with Avi Lerner. “Sly's script is fantastic, and James and Jason are remarkable”, says Lerner. “I cannot think of a better group to put this film on the big screen.”
Filming for this movie starts in October in New Orleans. The upcoming motion picture  Homefront will be a great opportunity for aspiring actors to make connections, meet new friends, and add an acting role to the resume.
