Feature Film “The Fifth Estate” Story of Julian Assange is Now Seeking Actors

Date:

Germany Casting Call

Casting directors are now casting background actors for the upcoming feature film ‘The Fifth Estate’ starring Benedict Cumberbatch.

“The Fifth Estate” is an upcoming feature film that will center on the legendary, and almost revolutionary in the last five years, Julian Assange the father of Wikileaks.

OLV recently reported that, “the movie follows Domscheit-Berg (Daniel Bruhl), an early supporter and eventual colleague of Assange, during the early days of WikiLeaks, culminating in the release of a series of controversial and historical documents.”

As Wikileaks posts on their webpage that they are a non profit organization that “brings news and information to the public.” This kind of philosophy landed Julian Assange in a pressure cooker of scrutiny and perhaps, betrayal. He is best known as the editor-in-chief and founder of WikiLeaks, which publishes submissions of secret information, news leaks and classified media from anonymous news sources and whistleblowers (Wiki).
