Criminal Minds is a police TV drama that first premiered in 2005 on CBS. Criminal Minds follows a team of FBI profiliers from the Behavioral Analysis Unit. The BAU is part of the FBI National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime. The show is different than most other crime shows in that it focuses on the criminal instead of the crime. The show is produced by the Mark Gordon Company with CBS Television Studios and ABC Studios.
