American Grace falls into the neo-noir genre and follows the tale of John David Booth, a disgruntled detective with a moral code of his own. While investigating the disappearance of Grace Multhorpe for a client, Booth falls into world of intrigue, mystery and deception. As he falls deeper into the underbelly of the city, he must face his own demons and personal pursuits to survive.
JOHN DAVID BOOTH

Booth is a man who is confident in himself and his appearance; however there is one part of his body that he lacks confidence in, and that is his left arm. He suffers from BIID and has a dislike for his left arm. He actually loathes it. This adds a psychological angel to his character. He has a strong moral code of his own which defines his sense of justice. With a chip on his shoulder, he’s a throwback to detectives in the noir style.
GRACE MULTHORPE
Seeking Age 25 to 35 Female Lead
Grace is the female lead character in this film and serves as one of the antagonist. Her only morals are to do whatever it takes to move up the food chain. Born in the South Carolina she moved to the big city to get away from her troubled past. She has become jaded and embodies her strength from hiding her insecurities. Her character is sexy and smooth; hiding her cold and calculated manner.
AXEL ROMAIN
Seeking Age 30 to 60 Male Lead
Axel Romain is the man who pulls all the strings in the criminal underworld. He serves as one of the main antagonists of the film. Axel runs a prostitute and gambling ring. He’s a criminal with a violent history, which allows him to hold on to the reigns to one of the largest prostitution rings in the city.
EDDIE O’MALEEY

Eddie O’Malley is a hard broiled detective. Being in the police force, he’s on the straight and narrow. He serves as the only moral vanguard in a city and characters full of moral decay. His quest for justice in the story sends him into an underbelly of violence, sex and crime.
SPENCER MULTHORPE
Seeking Age 40 to 60 Male
Spencer Multhorpe is a plastic surgeon that falls in love with the wrong women. His weakness for women and gambling forces him to become indebted to one of the most violent men in the city, and ultimately leads to his downfall.
