AMC TURN: Washington‘s Spies is looking for actors are seeking talent to work on the next episode of AMC’s ‘TURN’ filming in Central Virginia.
AMC’s television series TURN: WASHINGTON’S SPIES is filming in the Central Virginia area, and Arvold Casting is seeking actors who look authentically from the Revolutionary War period for speaking roles. TURN is adapted from the nonfiction book Washington’s Spies by Alexander Rose. The story is centered on a band of young soldiers and civilians who were part of the secret spy ring during the Revolutionary War.
NOTE: Actors must be available for their fittings in Richmond, VA no less than 24 hours prior to their first scheduled work date. Preferably where possible 48 hours before.
All principal (speaking) roles are either local hires (within 60 miles of Richmond, VA) or modified local hires (within 500 miles of Richmond, VA).

[PRISONER] 20s – 40s, Male, Caucasian. A ragged prisoner, somewhat of an outsider, who delivers good news to his fellow inmates. Requires beard or substantial scruff at time of shoot. [CO-STAR…POSSIBLE RECURRING]

[PROSTITUTE] 20s – 30s, Female, Caucasian. A prostitute in New York who takes a bribe to keep quiet when she catches someone stealing.
