Job Description:

Trigger Casting is seeking real parts of families, couples, or siblings where one person is an amateur cook, and the other loves to enjoy their cooking! This is a unique opportunity to showcase the cultural and emotional significance of food within your family. We are looking for diversity in all forms—age, gender, race, ethnicity, and sexuality are a priority for this project.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent your family, couple, or sibling pair in a heartfelt project about the love of cooking and food.
  • Share your family’s favorite dish and the story behind it.
  • Provide insight into your family’s cooking traditions and culinary passions.

Requirements:

  • Open to real families, couples, or siblings (not actors) where one person is a decent amateur cook and another person loves to eat their food.
  • Families of 2-3 people are welcome.
  • Must have a favorite family dish that reflects your culture, background, or tradition.
  • Open to diverse family backgrounds in terms of age, gender, race, ethnicity, and sexuality.

Compensation:

  • $5000 for a family/couple of 2-3 people for the 1-day shoot.
