Job Description:
Photographers will work with both Ready-To-Wear and Product teams to capture Ecomm images that align with Neiman Marcus Group’s brand creative direction and aesthetic. The photographer qualifying for this position should be flexible, experienced, hard-working, meticulous, and work well within a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain the Neiman Marcus brand identity.
- Achieve daily productivity targets.
- Maintain high aesthetic quality of imagery.
- Lead the on-set teams to deliver on targets and aesthetics.
- Work with Creative Direction on special projects.
Experience & Skills Required:
- A clear understanding of the operation and use of a wide range of photography equipment is a necessity, especially Capture One software, Canon camera systems and Profoto Lighting.
- Familiarity with both studio and location photography and lighting techniques.
- Professional experience in a commercial studio environment.
- Understanding of basic commercial studio workflow.
- Self-driven, continually motivated with strong communication skills.
- Collaborator in a team environment.
- Production-focused with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks.
