Production for the new movie “The Longest Ride” is ramping up and producers are now seeking talent to appear in the movie.

Nicholas Sparks who is most known for writing the Notebook is turning his latest book into a movie.

Based on the Nicholas Sparks novel, “The Longest Ride” centers on two sets of lovers in two intertwining stories. The first story is told through flashbacks of a 90-year-old veteran’s life and the love he has for his departed wife. The second story follows a student who falls in love with a similarly-wounded bull rider.

The Longest Ride

Filming for “The Longest Ride” will take place in Wilmington, North Carolina and NCasting is seeking actors for featured roles in the movie. According to the most recent casting notice “these roles are to be selected by the Director so I need to show him photo selections of the following roles this Friday, so please submit no later then 10pm Thursday May 15th to be considered.”

“SORORITY GIRLS” You can either be real sorority girls are not just include if you are or aren’t really a sorority girl or have been. All ethnicities. (some of you will be selected to work as our lead actresses core group of friends)

“RUTH’S SISTER” 12-15 age range play 14 year old sister to one of our cast member’s The actress who is playing her is Oona Chaplin, needs to be of German decent. Look at the photo listed below to see a photo of “RUTH”

“RABBI” Someone who can play a rabbi from the 1040’s.

“DANIELS BROTHER” early 20’s Caucasian male, tall, skinny this plays in the film in the early 1960’s. Not modern day.

“YOUNG WIFE” Caucasian female someone who looks like an 18 year old. Very thin, long hair, she plays in the early 1960’s not modern day looks.

“DAVID EPSTEIN” a 1940’s Hot Jewish male. 30’s-mid 50’s age range.

“CATHOLIC BRIDE” from the 1920’s looking Caucasian
“CATHOLIC GROOM” from the 1920’s looking Caucasian

‘”MOTHER HUGGING HER SON” Female Caucasian from late 20’s-early 40’s age range. This happens in the early 50’s (if you have a son that is in elementary school to submit for “STUDENT HUGGING” even better but necessary)
‘STUDENT HUGGING” Caucasian male boy who would play a student in 3rd grade from the early 1950’s.

“3rd GRADE TROUBLE MAKER” looking for a Caucasian male kid that could look like he in the 1950’s and maybe a little acting ability to play a trouble maker in a scene.

“BUCKLEBUNNIES” You would be playing country type girls that follow the Professional Bull Rider (PBR) around like groupies. This is in the present day and the girls need to be in the late teens-mid 30’s and look Country.

“ART PAINTERS” this is in the mid 40’s in our story and you would be college age, I need both males and females all ethnicities. If you are an art painter in real life please include that info in your submissions.

“HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS” Present day girls that are in high school all ethnicities.
