Cincinnati Bengals Are Now Hiring Filmmakers

NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals are now hiring filmmakers and interns in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Are you looking for a job in the film and sports industry? If so, the Cincinnati Bengals are now hiring Video Production Managers. 

According to the job posting, the NFL team is looking for “The production assistant will assist the Bengals in-house production team with a wide variety of media projects, including Bengals Weekly, Jungle Vision, editing features, shooting events, show production, footage management, and more.”

Job requirements include the following:

  • Shooter for gameday highlights and atmosphere
  • Assist in the production of Bengals Weekly
  • Edit coach and player interviews
  • Shoot all training camp events, such as practice and press conferences
  • Edit in-season social and web videos, such as Gameday Travel, Mic’d ups, Madden features, Coach’s Corners, Laps Look, tune-ins, etc…
  • Produce and edit in-stadium video board content, including defensive hype videos, ceremony intros, sponsored content, and more
  • Assist in programming in-stadium game stats, fantasy stats and game scores within Daktronics software
  • Assist in the production of Jungle Vision show operating control room equipment; i.e. replay, Xpression, Daktronics, etc…
  • Use media asset management software (Iconik) to ingest and log gameday and training camp footage, such as Wires, Films Top, Films Ground, Films Ground Boom, Films Beauty, Radio Calls, Amira Highlights, and Network Melts.
  • Shoot and set up the studio with proper lighting and equipment for studio video shoots, such as podcast recordings and television show feature shoots
  • Edit motivational videos for the team and quarterbacks, incorporating feedback and special requests from football coaches
  • Other duties as assigned…

Communication Interns

The Cincinnati Bengals are now hiring Communication Interns. According to the job posting, “The Bengals are looking for an intern to join the communications department. Candidates with backgrounds in public/media relations, journalism and sports information are preferred.”

Job responsibilities include the following: 
  • Help with production and editing of the team’s weekly news release and other media information produced throughout the NFL season
  • Transcribe quotes from news conferences and other media availabilities
  • Monitor and compile daily media clips
  • Assist with processing credentials
  • Other duties as assigned
