Bravo Planning a New Spinoff of ‘Vanderpump Rules’
In an exclusive update, it has been revealed that Bravo, in collaboration with Peacock, is preparing to launch another exciting spinoff of the hit reality series Vanderpump Rules. The show’s recent “Scandoval” storyline has garnered excellent ratings, prompting the network to explore new avenues for the franchise.
The upcoming spinoff will follow a close-knit group of friends transitioning from their glamorous lives in West Hollywood to embracing parenthood’s joys and challenges in The Valley. Among the featured cast members are Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, who recently welcomed their first child, Cruz, in April 2021. Kristen Doute, who returned to the reality series amidst a cheating scandal involving Tom Sandoval and co-star Raquel Leviss, is also expected to be part of the spinoff.
Although the deals are yet to be finalized, it is anticipated that the new series will consist of eight engaging episodes, showcasing the cast’s unique journey through this exciting new chapter.
This spinoff marks the latest addition to the Vanderpump Rules franchise, which initially spun off from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The original series centered around Lisa Vanderpump’s renowned restaurants and bars, including Sur and Pump.
Taylor and Cartwright previously starred in Vanderpump Rules: Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky. This one-season show followed the couple as they ventured to Cartwright’s home state of Kentucky and spent time with her family. This was preceded by the Vanderpump Rules After Show, hosted by Julie Goldman and Brandy Howard.
As preparations for the new spinoff commence, Vanderpump Rules is also gearing up for its 11th season, with filming already underway. Lala Kent recently confirmed that cameras have started rolling, promising viewers a continuation of the gripping fallout from the cheating mentioned above scandal.
According to Kent, the upcoming season will maintain the intense drama fans have come to love as the cast members navigate the aftermath of the “Scandoval” storyline. Despite the previous season’s conclusion, the theater has remained strong, ensuring an enthralling viewing experience for fans of the Bravo series.
