Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be Produce ‘Sandman’
Joseph Gordon-Levitt has recently confirmed that he will actively working on the upcoming comic-book turned movie, Sandman.
It is expected that Joseph Gorden-Levitt will star, produce, and even direct the motion picture.
Deadline reports that after his directorial debut in Don Jon, many producers believe he could step behind the camera once again. Now, this time he will be working with David S. Goyer and comic-book writer Neil Gaiman.
Gordon-Levitt took to Twitter to announce his involvement, describing himself as “incredibly honoured to be working with David Goyer, Warner Bros, and Neil Gaiman on Sandman”. He later added:
Just to clarify, folks. I’ve signed on as a producer on Sandman. The rest remains to be seen. Delighted you guys are excited. I am too!

The comic-book centers on the titular Sandman, an anthropomorphic representation of dreams, who is taken prisoner for 70 years before escaping and finding his dream kingdom has crumbled in his absence…
The project is currently looking for a writer to adapt the film from Gaiman’s run of the comics. Assuming of course that Gordon-Levitt is happy to let someone else do the job.
