Job Description

Promotional Talent Management (PTM Agency) is recruiting polished, reliable event staff for upcoming trade shows and live events in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida area during September and October. Selected staff will represent brands in professional trade show environments, interact with attendees, assist with check-in and booth activities, and help create a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and professionally engage with trade show attendees.
  • Scan badges and assist with guest check-in.
  • Provide event or brand information and answer attendee questions.
  • Support booth activities, promotions, and giveaways.
  • Assist with light brand engagement.
  • Follow instructions from event managers and client representatives.
  • Remain punctual, dependable, and attentive during assigned shifts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with attendees.
  • Professional/business attire required.
  • Previous hospitality, event, convention, trade show, or related experience preferred.

Compensation

$400 per day standard trade show rate, flat rate plus parking reimbursement.
