Job Description

Notable Human Films, an award-winning production company, is casting conservative, Republican, and other right-of-center participants for a new feature documentary centered on a social experiment exploring political dialogue in America. The documentary will follow two people from opposite sides of the political spectrum as they travel across the United States for 21 days, meeting people from different backgrounds and exploring the question of how people can have meaningful conversations with those they disagree with.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a feature documentary and social experiment

• Engage in respectful conversations with people holding opposing viewpoints
• Approach challenging discussions with curiosity and openness
• Participate in documentary filming and related activities

A nonprofit documentary is casting non-speaking background roles for a project filming in and around Birmingham, Alabama. Casting directors are seeking African American and White performers across multiple age groups to help tell an inspiring story through authentic visual storytelling. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in participating in a meaningful documentary production.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray assigned background roles in documentary reenactment scenes.
• Follow direction from the production team.
• Maintain professionalism throughout filming.
