A paid commercial production is hiring a Key Grip for a commercial shoot in the Midland/Odessa, Texas area during the week of August 31 through September 4. The production is seeking an experienced local crew member to oversee grip operations and support the camera and lighting departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead grip operations during commercial production.
• Set up and manage grip equipment.
• Work closely with the camera and lighting departments.
• Ensure equipment is safely installed and maintained.
