POSITION POSTING
Positions are posted to the Warner Bros. Careers website for internal and external candidates to review and apply. Current employees should apply directly to positions of interest via the Warner Bros. Careers website.
REVIEW APPLICATIONS
Applications are reviewed and measured against the job requirements.
PHONE INTERVIEWS
Phone interviews may be conducted to screen the applicant for information such as availability, salary requirements and special position requirements prior to in-person or hiring manager interviews.
INTERVIEWS
First-Round Interviews: Candidates who are selected to continue in the interview process may be invited in to meet with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Out-of-town candidates may be interviewed on the phone by the hiring manager prior to being flown in for final interviews. Second/Final Interviews: When necessary, candidates may meet with the hiring manager again and/or other employees who will work closely with the person who is hired.
SKILLS TESTING
Some positions may require skills testing. Most administrative positions require a typing test as well as testing on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
FINAL CANDIDATE
Once the interviews and applicable testing have been completed, the recruiter will inform the final candidate that they have been chosen for the position. The recruiter will walk the final candidate through the steps of the hiring process.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
Warner Bros. requires a background check to be completed for every new hire. The background check verifies current and previous employment, education and criminal record. Some positions may require a credit check and/or DMV check.
REFERENCE CHECKS
Please be sure to list three references that are willing to provide feedback on your work experience. We ask that you provide two previous supervisors and at least one co-worker for us to contact.
