Jim Carrey is getting sued for supplying his ex-girlfriend, Cathriona White with fatal drugs and then attempting to cover it up.
Cathriona White died on September 24th after overdosing on Ambien, Propranolol and Percocet. The lawsuit claims that all three drugs were found in pill bottles bearing the name of Arthur King, a fake name for Jim Carrey, according to .
It is important to point out that it is illegal in California to get prescriptions by misrepresenting who you are.
The lawsuit also claims 3 or 5 days before Cathriona White died, Carrey gave her the pills in question. He also alleges that Carrey tried to cover his tracks after her death by texting her he either misplaced the drugs or she may have taken them without his knowledge.
According to the lawsuit, Carrey knew White was prone to getting depressed and even attempted committing suicide in the past.
