A growing media studio is searching for a Creative Producer / BTS Documentarian to help bring the stories of a creator-focused content empire to life. This role goes beyond videography and requires strong creative instincts and technical skills to produce engaging behind-the-scenes content, cinematic social media videos, and multi-cam podcast shoots.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic TikTok and short-form content

• Run OBS livestream setups and multi-cam podcast shoots

• Document behind-the-scenes footage in a documentary style

• Edit viral short-form videos that can reach millions of viewers

Requirements

• Strong camera and lighting skills (experience with Sony mirrorless is a plus)

• Proficiency in fast-turn editing software (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut)

• Strong eye for storytelling and instinct for social-first content

• Desire to grow with a long-term team

Compensation

• Part-time: $2K–$3K per month (10–15 hours per week)

• Growth path: $4K–$6K per month plus performance bonuses for full-time roles
