Event Staff for Concert Promotional Team

Job Description
A high-energy live music event is seeking enthusiastic and reliable staff to join the on-site promotional team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for live events, public engagement, and branded experiences. You’ll play a key part in representing the event and ensuring smooth guest interactions and operational flow throughout the evening.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the brand on-site as a promotional team member

• Assist with brand activation, product support, or attendee coordination

• Engage with concertgoers in a friendly, professional manner

• Support general event logistics and crowd flow during the activation

Requirements

• Must be available for the full shift (4:30 PM – 9:30 PM)

• Must work as a local in Holmdel, NJ (no travel or lodging provided)

• Reliable, personable, and able to follow direction on-site

• Previous event staffing or brand ambassador experience a plus

Compensation

• $25/hour or $250 flat rate

• One-day activation opportunity
