A high-energy promotional team is being assembled to support a beach-themed brand activation during a major soccer tournament. Promotional models will dress as lifeguards and engage with event attendees by distributing postcards, hosting photo ops, helping with a surf simulator, and welcoming fans to the booth. This outdoor event is designed to deliver an unforgettable fan experience, rain or shine.
Job Responsibilities

Compensation

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in promotional events, marketing, customer service, or related field preferred.
- High energy, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work early morning hours in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work on location at Penn State University – University Park, PA.
Compensation: $30.00 per hour, with the potential for up to $50 travel stipend.
