Job Description: Paradym Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Brand Ambassador to represent a Carnival Cruise Line promotion at two upcoming events in Chicago. This role requires a professional individual with excellent communication and engagement skills to effectively interact with event attendees, encouraging participation in the promotion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome attendees at the event.
- Actively engage with attendees to promote Carnival Cruise Line offerings.
- Encourage attendee participation in the promotion, explaining the benefits and details of the cruise.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operation and a positive experience for all participants.
- Attend a brief training session via Zoom prior to the event to understand promotion details and expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of attendees and encourage participation.
- Professional appearance, adhering to the event’s dress code (all-black business trendy attire).
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Availability to attend a Zoom training session before the event.
- Must be available to work on the specified event dates in Chicago.
Compensation:
- $810 flat rate ($45 per hour including training).
- Hotel accommodation provided if needed.
