Job Description: We are excited to announce an open call for vendors to join us at Miami Swim Week, an esteemed fashion event that draws a significant audience interested in the latest trends in swimwear and summer lifestyle. This year, we are proud to support the National Drowning Prevention Alliance by raising awareness and funds for this important cause. With an expected attendance of 300-400 people, primarily women aged 18-55, we are seeking a diverse range of vendors to create an engaging and enriching experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage a booth, display, or service area at the event.
- Provide product demonstrations, consultations, or samples to attendees.
- Engage with the audience to educate and promote your products or services.
- Handle sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with event organizers for setup, scheduling, and other logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all event policies and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the event’s atmosphere and overall experience.
Requirements:
- Must represent a business in one of the following categories: MedSpa, Tanning, Skincare, Teeth Whitening, Legal Services, Insurance, Financial Services, CBD, Plastic Surgery, Weightloss Management, Cosmetics, or Automotive.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the event.
- Previous experience in events or as a vendor is preferred.
- Must be able to provide all necessary equipment for your booth.
- Professional indemnity and liability insurance as applicable.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Compensation Details:
