Job Responsibilities:
- Manage approvals and responses for incoming email inquiries and opportunities.
- Coordinate RI events and bookings calendar to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Prepare gig schedules and itineraries for RI, the live band, and crew.
- Handle travel preparations, including logistics and accommodations.
- Execute payouts and financial arrangements for live band and crew.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in booking management or a similar role within the music industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
