LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a remote (NOT Ohio, California, New York, New Jersey) Group Creative Director for our client, a digital marketing agency. As the Group Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand, and impactful creative work. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation and fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.
- Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and other creative roles.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and deliverables.
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide creative insights, and present concepts and ideas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction with creative deliverables.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
Budget Oversight:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently to achieve creative goals.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
- Review and approve creative concepts and final deliverables before client presentation or publication.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in a creative role, with a proven track record of successful creative leadership.
- Healthcare and agency experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and creative technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Design).
