LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a remote (NOT Ohio, California, New York, New Jersey) Group Creative Director for our client, a digital marketing agency. As the Group Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand, and impactful creative work. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation and fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and other creative roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and deliverables.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide creative insights, and present concepts and ideas.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction with creative deliverables.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of creative strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently to achieve creative goals.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
  • Review and approve creative concepts and final deliverables before client presentation or publication.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a creative role, with a proven track record of successful creative leadership.
  • Healthcare and agency experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and creative technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Design).
