About the Project: Welcome to the new year! Scyther Productions is expanding its universe by introducing the Avengers to our audio drama line-up. Following the success of X-Men and Power Rangers audio dramas, we are excited to embark on this new journey with talented voice actors. The upcoming fourth episode promises an immersive and dynamic auditory experience for our avid listeners.

Job Description: The voice actor will bring to life the character of Laynia Krylova, also known as Darkstar, a mutant with the remarkable ability to manipulate the Darkforce. This role requires conveying a wide range of emotions and capturing the essence of Laynia’s youthful and trusting demeanor, along with her fierce combat skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver dramatic and emotionally resonant performances, adhering to the script and directorial notes.
• Provide clean, dynamic, and engaging voice work suitable for an audio-only format.
• Collaborate with the production team and other cast members to ensure a cohesive auditory experience.
• Participate in table reads, rehearsals, and recording sessions as scheduled.

Requirements:

• Female voice actor with the ability to perform with a youthful and trusting Russian accent.
• Prior experience in voice acting, drama, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have access to high-quality recording equipment and be able to deliver clean audio files.
• Ability to take direction and adapt performances as needed.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and schedule adherence.

Compensation: This is an unpaid casting call, designed as a passion project. It offers an excellent opportunity for exposure in the audio drama community and a chance to be part of a creative team with a successful track record. Credit will be given for all work completed.
