Job Details:
- Usage/Run: The voice-over artist will be responsible for recording voice-overs for various mediums, including TV, social/web, and radio/streaming.
- Session Fees: $1,500 per session, for up to 3 hours per recording session ($500/hourly). It is estimated that there will be 2 sessions, but this is not guaranteed. This fee includes unlimited scripts, alternatives, versions, edits, and tags read during the session.
- Additional Sessions: If necessary, additional 1-hour session calls will be paid at $500/hourly. This also includes unlimited scripts, alternatives, versions, edits, and tags.
- Media Rights Fee: $20,000, payable after the first public use of the project/materials. This fee includes unlimited/all commercials and materials, covering various formats and platforms.
- Agent Fee: If applicable, a 15% agent fee will be added to the total compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recording voice-overs as per the scripts provided.
- Working closely with the production team to deliver voice-overs that meet the project’s requirements.
- Being available for the estimated sessions and additional sessions if required.
- Maintaining high-quality standards in voice delivery and production.
Requirements:
- Professional voice-over experience, preferably in healthcare-related projects.
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and versatile voice-overs.
- Flexibility to work with various scripts and adapt to different styles as needed.
- No conflicting commitments in the healthcare, hospital, or health insurance industries.
Compensation Details:
- Session Fees: $1,500 per session (up to 3 hours each) with an estimated 2 sessions.
- Additional Sessions: Paid at $500/hourly if required.
- Media Rights Fee: $20,000, inclusive of all rights for the use of materials in various media, payable post first public use.
- Travel expenses such as transportation, parking, gas, and mileage are included in the fee, but travel time to and from the location is not covered in the daily hours.
- If an agent is involved, their fee will be an additional 15% of the total compensation.
