Casting Call: Exciting Project for Young Male Basketball Players

Job Description: We are thrilled to announce an open casting call for young male basketball players for an upcoming exciting project. We are seeking talented individuals who have a passion for basketball and are ready to showcase their skills on screen.

A) Category 1 – Chinito Basketball Players:

• Age Group: 7 to 8 years old, and 14 to 16 years old.
• Height Requirements: 4’10” and below for 7-8 years old, and exactly 5’5″ for 14-16 years old.
• Appearance: Chinito-looking (East Asian features).
• Skills: Must be able to demonstrate advanced basketball abilities.

B) Category 2 – Mestizo Basketball Players:

• Age Group: 14 to 16 years old.
• Height Requirements: Between 5’3″ to 5’6″.
• Appearance: Mestizo-looking (Mixed European and Asian descent).
• Skills: Should possess excellent basketball skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in various scenes requiring basketball play.
• Work closely with the director and crew to fulfill the vision of the project.
• Attend all scheduled rehearsals and shooting days.
• Follow directions and adapt to changes in the shooting schedule.

Requirements:

• Must fit the age, height, and appearance criteria as specified.
• Strong basketball skills, including dribbling, shooting, and game awareness.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
• Previous acting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must have a guardian’s consent if under 18.
