Basic Function: Director – Global Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives revenue growth, and aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, product roadmap, and regional market dynamics.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing programs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
- Experience working with a global team and managing marketing programs across multiple regions / countries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize marketing programs.
