The production explores deep emotional themes including identity, control, brokenness, and spiritual awakening. Casting directors are seeking dedicated performers ready to bring emotionally layered characters to life on stage. Seeking a male to play the role of a thug in this dramatical stage play
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in a live stage production
- Portray emotionally complex and layered characters
- Participate in rehearsals and live performances
- Collaborate with directors and cast members to develop scenes
- Deliver compelling performances that align with the story’s themes
- Be prepared for cold reads and script work during auditions
Requirements
- Non-union actors only
- Male and female actors, ages 28–40
- Strong acting ability with emotional range
- Ability to portray themes of vulnerability, conflict, and transformation
- Comfortable performing emotionally intense scenes
- Must prepare a 1–2 minute dramatic monologue for auditions
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not required
Compensation
