Social Media & Influencer Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Social & Influencer Lead to head up our social media and influencer activity. Based in our Romsey head office and reporting to the Head of Marketing within the Marketing and Creative Team.
The Social & Influencer Lead will create and deliver the plan to position LeMieux as the definitive equestrian experts across all of our social media channels, which currently boast over 330k followers on Instagram, 143k on Facebook and 45k on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a highly effective influencer plan across our key UK and US markets, leading the social media team to enhance and improve engagement and content generation.
- Create a social media activity plan for each channel / platform; continually adapting our strategy inline with the latest trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, including identifying new influencers and negotiating contracts
- Report on performance, providing analysis and suggesting improvements.
- Build internal partnerships and work effectively across multiple teams and sites.
- Monitor new trends and best practices and adapt approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, content, PR, etc.) to ensure social media campaigns align with overall company strategy
- Partner with performance media team to build paid social media marketing campaigns through Meta and TikTok that deliver against agreed objectives and targeting specific audiences to help support growth and expansion plans.
- Utilise best practice technology for social content distribution, listening and amplification.
- Participate in the on-call out-of-hour/weekend media cover rota and in emergency activities when required.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion or a related discipline ideally.
- A minimum of 3 years social media experience, particularly with, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- A creative thinker, proactively suggesting opportunities for improvement.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations
- You will be an analytical thinker, with an understanding of how data can enhance marketing performance.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work in an environment that is constantly growing, evolving and innovating.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of film production in your respective role.
- Work closely with the department heads and crew to ensure smooth operations on set.
- Follow directions from the production team and maintain professionalism on set.
- Be available for a 5-day workweek throughout the 4-week production period.
Requirements:
- Must have relevant experience or training for the position applied for.
- Must be able to work as a local hire in East Suffolk.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
