WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As our PR and Content Manager, you will use your creativity to turn technical and unattractive information into an engaging project across all forms of media, ranging from press releases to social media posts. Your communication skills will allow you to perform effective journalist outreach, that results in our combined features running above competitors. Being at the forefront of the market for our clients is essential, you will utilise your wealth of experience to ensure positive exposure that results in sales. To carry out your role to the expected standard, your management skills will be of the highest importance, you will be required to strategically delegate, organise and mentor your small team of talented individuals to ensure all other tasks are completed impactfully, allowing your team to grow with the business.

- 3+ experience in content and PR
- Experience working on the top social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills – particularly B2B and management
- A creative outlook

A thriving talent agency is looking to welcome a Senior Assistant or Associate-level Talent Agent to its growing Manchester office. This position is ideal for someone currently working within a talent agency or casting environment, with a solid understanding of the industry’s pace and demands.
Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations in the office, including client scheduling and availability

Coordinate self-tapes and provide feedback and redirection to artists

Maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients

Provide diary management and administrative support for agents and talent

Attend industry events, showcases, and theatre nights (often outside office hours)

Assist with project submissions, pitches, and follow-ups

Collaborate closely with clients and build networks within the entertainment industry
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent agency or casting environment

Solid understanding of casting directors and their preferences

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Computer literacy (PC preferred) and familiarity with Tagmin and Spotlight

Experience reviewing and providing notes on self-tapes

Strong contract negotiation and communication abilities
