About The Role
Union’s Creative Director is a connector and motivator. They can both mentor and grow creative team members while also challenging and inspiring them to do the best work of their careers. The Creative Director at Union plays a key role in cross-departmental collaboration. Helping build bridges between departments to deliver the best possible work for our clients.
As an important creative voice at the agency, the Creative Director will play a key role in the conception and execution of campaign ideas that excite our clients and delight their consumers.
