Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Feels comfortable speaking to clients on call or in-person meetings
    • Pitching new ideas
    • Walking through concepts
    • Brainstorming/working sessions
  • Feels comfortable concepting & building out presentations for pitches in their entirety leveraging/leading multiple team members and ensuring high level of quality & efficiency
  • Monitors client relationship & account performance ensuring overall client health and Pod performance
  • Works alongside CAM developing high-level strategy and ensures all brief requirements are consistently met
  • Is a good mentor and understands how to properly communicate with, motivate and develop team members
  • Comfortable providing concise and actionable feedback to designers and copywriters across all projects and initiatives
  • Takes ownership of and initiates projects outside of day to day client load and assists higher-level leadership team in building out new offerings or improving current processes.
  • Is a consistent voice & communicator internally amongst leadership team
  • Ensures creative org goals & principles are communicated and upheld at all times
  • Continuous focus on growth and challenging both their team and themselves

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in creating beautiful and powerful work for retail focused brands
  • Experience in social and video is a must (it is 2022 after all)
  • A portfolio of work that would that someone other than your mom is proud of
  • Can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines (you know, agency stuff)
  • Able to take direction and feedback (you know, design stuff)
  • Strong conceptual thinking (you know, idea stuff)
