PLEASE NOTE-  TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST:

– Own a house (detached, semi-detached or townhouse) in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga to Newmarket to Whitby).

– Have a minimum budget of $100,000 not including HST and contingency fund (25%).

– Have funds available or easy access to financing via mortgage, HELOC or other credit facility.

– Not have plans to do an addition or basement underpinning. (Due to tight timelines, we are limited to interior renovations and minor structural work only.)

– Be able to move out for the duration of the renovation (6-9 weeks) and find your own temporary accommodations

– Be available for three full days of filming (interviews) over the course of the renovation, which will take place between November 2022 and January 2023.

– Be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed.
