Job Description

Soho VFX, a leading visual effects studio located in Toronto, is currently seeking experienced VFX Coordinators to join our growing team. We have many exciting projects in the works and we offer a great working environment and team of artists to collaborate with.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting VFX Production Managers and VFX Supervisors
  • Track shot progress and maintain organized and clear notes from shot reviews and meetings
  • Coordinate and track all deliveries, including uploads and downloads, as well as all physical shipping and receiving
  • Keep track of shot reviews, meetings for a project and keep the team well informed of any changes

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good understanding of the postproduction process, as well as a clear understanding of all aspects of visual effects and production.
  • Must be a team player and have a friendly and positive attitude
