***Starting pay $16 an hour or more, based on experience. Benefits included for full time. Part time cooks (Sat-Sun) receive $20 an hour for weekend pay.***
$500 signing bonus (paid out at 90 and 180 days)

Job responsibilities
The cook position should understand and complete production for ala carte and banquets using standardized recipes as well as proper set up and stocking of station-based par sheets. must have a high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment. must be able to read tickets clearly, produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation and any special production necessary deemed so by a supervisor.

Educational Requirements

High school education and serve safe certification a plus.

Job Related Qualifications

A working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures is mandatory as well as an understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding and sanitation.
